★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were longing for a good afternoon bite, and surprisingly hit a jackpot with French Windows. The staff was extremely friendly to begin with, and the owner did put a lot of thoughts on the deco to make everything England-related. (Not sure why it’s named “French” Windows, though) The food was delicious, and tea was great. Overall, the experience was delightful, and we couldn’t ask for more for a good afternoon tea in Taipei.

Suitable for a date with friends or with your partner. Definitely worth revisiting here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected this restaurant because of the high google rating. Now I know why, they asked for 5 stars rating and will give you dessert for free.
Pasta tastes good, but the twining tea is generally overpriced. Tea selection is in wide range but not so inspired. The tea is not so well cook and no teapot blanket to keep the tea warm. The scones are not traditional British style and is bit hard and dry.
Can find better option in terms of taste and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the decent pasta with excellent service and perfect tea. Kinda have the fine dining vibes. And yes they do give freebies (very nice cookie in cute box) when you review but in all honesty I'd still give same review nevertheless. The Apple pie though, so special ?
