2006年兩位中國醫畢業的學生,一個瘋狂想法兩人走上甜點路~
主廚-Judy 先在台灣經歷了嚴厲的台式甜點廚房洗禮...
隨後隻身前往加拿大Ottawa的「藍帶廚藝學院 」研修法式甜點
完成修業後即前往溫哥華名甜點店-「Thomas Haas」磨練
在Thomas磨練2年之後回到台灣,於101 Stay甜點及君悅西點房繼續漫長的甜點修業...
本店頭號雜工-Duncan,台大高分子所畢業後,進入遠東Poly廠進行建廠復車工作的修業~
完成建廠復車後則是一連串「扎實」的製程訓練,三不五時「異常處理」練就一身本領
兩人在各自領域各自磨練10餘年,2019年11月
法奇主廚-Judy藍帶結業的第10年,J & D踏出挑戰夢想的第一步

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾乎是每天上班都會經過的甜點店,自從開業後一直心心念念要來這邊光顧一回,畢竟沙鹿的甜點專賣店沒有幾間,而這間剛好是我喜歡的乳酪蛋糕為主體,趁著有朋友造訪時打電話訂了一個蛋糕嘗鮮。
在電話中詢問店員現場蛋糕口味的時候,店員很貼心地回應我稍後回電,她要確認店裡供貨的狀況。約莫1分鐘後就接到店員的來電,對於每個口味都有介紹,而我因為出現選擇障礙而猶豫不決的時候,店員也很有耐心地跟我分析各種口味的優缺點!
最後選擇這款抹茶紅豆,看到蛋糕本人的時候被驚艷了一下,實際吃到的時候更是覺得買對了,抹茶味濃厚,紅豆的微甜中和了入口微微的苦味,鮮奶油增加了滑順的口感,滴管中的抹茶醬讓朋友中的抹茶控讚不絕口,期待下次的回購~
It’s almost a dessert shop that I go to work every day. Since it opened, I have been eager to come here. After all, there are not many dessert shops in Shalu, and this one happens to be my favorite cheesecake as the main body. When a friend visited, he called and ordered a cake to try.
When I asked the clerk on the phone about the taste of the cake on the spot, the clerk kindly responded that I called back later, and she wanted to confirm the supply status in the store. About 1 minute later, I received a call from the clerk, who introduced each flavor, and when I was hesitant because of barriers to choice, the clerk patiently analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various flavors with me!
Finally, I chose this matcha red bean. I was amazed when I saw the cake itself. When I actually ate it, I felt that I bought it right. The matcha has a strong flavor. The sweetness of the red bean neutralizes the slight bitterness in the mouth and the whipped cream increases. The smooth taste, the matcha sauce in the dropper makes the matcha among friends full of praise, looking forward to the next repurchase~

是一間很有質感的甜點店,
裝潢空間質感很好,環境好,色調舒服,
有氛圍,適合跟朋友來聊聊天,
喝咖啡吃甜點,
內用低消是每個人$150,
蛋糕差不多落在$120-$140,
所以一個人要點一個飲品跟蛋糕?
內用限時90分鐘,
不過店內若沒有其他客人的話,
店員應該也不太會趕客人。
吧台椅子比較高,
小個子的女生坐起來會比較不舒適。

第一眼真的覺得它長得太美太可愛了!
可愛到捨不得吃?
那個很光滑絲絨感檸檬內餡!真的太美了
除了外表很完美之外!口味也稱得上完美耶~
最驚豔的是檸檬內餡裡焦糖夾心?
是我從來沒有體驗過的口感 非常特別也非常好吃!
塔殼的口感很紮實很有杏仁的香氣 也很美!
真不愧是店內暢銷第一名❤️?
2.覆盆子草莓塔?
首先也真的是被它的外貌吸引了!
不像其他的草莓塔有滿滿的少女感
這家店覆盆子草莓塔有種叛逆的高級感!
口感也是好叛逆啊~~(?)
有好多層次!酸酸甜甜的滋味~
堪稱是味覺的饗宴?
不過這款好像是期間限定(有點不確定)
但最近在官網上是沒看到了
有看到的話一定不要錯過呀~~!

結果!!!店家真的好貼心!他們把甜點底部的紙和紙盒稍微黏起來了!甜點藝術品們真的都有好好保護起來~回家打開又有一種心花怒放的感覺?

一進店滿滿的檸檬香味,立刻看到櫃檯那邊有大量檸檬,正在榨汁(心裡就在想這絕對是一間真材實料的店),老闆說檸檬系列是他們的招牌,但我實在太怕酸了,大家下次來請務必不要錯過!?
點了「百香伯爵重乳酪」「血橙榛果巧克力塔」「麥卡倫巧克力蛋糕」
每一款都吃的到用心,百香那款,黃色的小花,就是百香果本人製成的,一入口真的酸到嚇到,但是只要和伯爵乳酪蛋糕本體一起吃的話,非常恰當的中和了他的酸感、也更不膩口,茶香也淡淡的很舒服,很推薦這款!
老闆說他們的乳酪蛋糕,不是用"冰"的,而是用"烤"的,口感和一般外面的不太一樣,我自己感覺是更密實、更濃厚,舌尖需要用點力才能推開嘴裡的乳酪蛋糕,有種吃一個抵三個的滿足感!
麥卡倫也很讓人喜愛,帶點鹹鹹味的顆粒感,增加了層次,也可以好好的淡化吃太多蛋糕的膩感,也很推??
不過很可惜的是 因為疫情,目前冰淇淋沒販售,希望下次再來能吃到!感覺真的非常好吃啊啊~~(咬手帕)
有經過沙鹿請一定要進店試試,多人一起分享,能品嚐更多口味的蛋糕❤️❤️

Each one is eaten with care. The passion fruit, the yellow flowers, are made by the passion fruit itself. It is really sour and frightening, but as long as it is eaten with the earl grey cheesecake itself, it is very suitable for neutralization. It's sour, it's not greasy, and the tea fragrance is light and comfortable. I highly recommend this!
The boss said that their cheesecake is not "ice", but "baked". The taste is not the same as the general outside. I feel it is denser and thicker. The tip of the tongue needs a little force to push the mouth open. The cheesecake in here has the satisfaction of eating one for three!
Macallan is also very popular. It has a bit of salty graininess, which increases the layering. It can also dilute the greasy feeling of eating too many cakes. It is also very popular.??
But unfortunately, because of the epidemic, ice cream is not currently available for sale, I hope I can eat it next time! It feels really delicious~~ (bites the handkerchief)
