★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small place in the alley. Very Japanese, most of the customers were Japanese, so this place must seem a must go place for them. We had the house ramen, which I didn't like, it was a mixture of ramen noodles with Taiwanese danzai noodle soup, quite not for my taste. Also ordered the bone broth, which was not as salty or strong as other cheaper Japanese ramen places in Taiwan.
Service was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really feels like I'm in Japan!
Pineapple liquor drink: 100%, absolutely delicious! Will order this again!
Gyōza dumplings: 100%! My favorite!
Shoyu soy ramen: 95%! A little sweet and salty, full of flavor! Noodles were great, chashu was very flavourful. I was disappointed by the egg, I would prefer a soft onsen egg.
Tantan ramen: 95%! As with the Shoyu ramen, the soup, noodles, and chashu were great, but the egg was disappointing.
This does not taste much like what I expected, but I enjoyed it anyway. It's not spicy, and the broth is not thick or sticky. You can add Japanese chili oil, which I recommend.
I think I have tried every tantan ramen in Taipei, and I this is my favorite so far for this rare style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we decided to try this small family Japanese Ramen shop that we had been passing by for a very long time.
Very small shop that has been decorated with a lot of Japanese old celebrities pictures and some posters.
Also a lot of sake bottles on display, mostly empty ones. Very typical Japanese styled shop.
Owners speak local languages and Japanese too.
We ordered:
- Pork broth ramen with char siew 180NT (the broth is good)
- Miso broth with scallop wanton 180NT (one whole scallop per wanton. Very generous!)
- Fried chicken chunks 150NT (It was juicy and not oily like those we had before. Also better eat it fast as it doesn't taste that good when it's cold. Meat still has some pinkish colour on it. I'm not sure if it is suppose to be like this, personally I don't really like it.)
- Fried tofu 110NT (Tofu is firm and thick. Nothing special, same as most that we had at other Japanese shop.)
Overall was quite ok. The noodles are a bit al dente, so if you like your noodles soft, this is not for you.
A good place to fill your stomach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute mom and pop Japanese ramen spot. The food isn’t visually exciting, but don’t let that fool you!! We ordered the vegetable hot soba soup and the vegetable ramen soup, with set B add on which comes with fried chicken and cheese croquette.
Food taste amazing!! Both soups are light, healthier tasting but still flavorful, unlike most ramen restaurant that are normally too salty, or make you want to drink a lot of water while eating.
Cheese croquette was my favorite!!! I can eat that everyday! Fried chicken was crispy and juicy!
The owners are two elderly couple that are so polite with Japanese mannerisms. Many customers were Japanese when we were there. They also offered english menu. We’ll coming back~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese style restaurant in a small alley. Authentic and impressive decoration. The soup of Tonkotsu ramen was salty. Takoyaki(章魚燒) and fried chicken were awesome! Friendly service.
