沙琪瑪第14間，朋友去花蓮玩，順手帶了花蓮老餅店【豐興餅舖】的沙琪瑪給我，有吃就有紀錄。?
☑太魯閣沙琪瑪 = 一入口，脆！真的很脆，但不會像其他東部沙琪瑪，偏硬到刮傷口腔黏膜一樣，覺得這個口感很好。慢慢咀嚼，漸漸會感受到麥芽糖的黏牙跟甜度，麵粉跟雞蛋的風味也越來越明顯。棕梠油不會過分油膩，這不錯，很多沙琪瑪吃到後面滿嘴油膩，這款嘴底流的就是甜香，還算是不差，5分。
