剝皮辣椒雞湯清甜爽口，蜜汁排骨夠味還會拉絲，簡單的炒高麗菜清脆，還有特別的海鮮香腸拼盤，老闆招待第一次見到的特殊百香果
很棒的一次用餐體驗^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天沒吃成功，今天來紅柴坑再預約一次，不虛此行..點了龍鬚菜（嫩）、三杯中卷、闆娘自製山豬肉、鳳梨苦瓜雞，老闆還特別招待炒櫻花蝦，真的實在是太飽了，下個月再訪，嘗試其他家常料理。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剝皮辣椒雞湯很好喝，用跑山雞燉雞湯很奢侈啊！而且雞肉份量給的超大方！龍鬚菜青翠好吃（來不及拍照）…老闆親切，來了不會後悔的！
