想進這家公司前,請務必~~~絕對要想清楚!!!! 1.公司是很標準的台灣文化,會強烈要求員工在假日參與公司各種活動否則.....(可以在他們活動照片看到,那些活動都是假日員工必須自願參與的) 甚至會強制要求員工在公司網頁留言分享讀書心得或是臉書按讚分享等;否則會被高層關心!可以參考下面按五顆星的人是否都是員工,甚至還有老闆家屬...且公司有出版自己的類似dm期刊(崇仁視角),會要求每位員工每週都要針對該期刊寫心得。 2.公司老闆兩位千金都在公司擔任要職,台北辦公室主管則是老闆以前銀行理專,所以想升遷?請自行琢磨..... 3.我於2015年,過年前1週被主管告知終止勞動企約,很妙的是,公司人事竟然告訴我必須簽(自願離職書),不可以簽資遣!說這是公司規定! 原來該公司規定是凌駕在勞資法上的,公司業務主管甚至(善意告知)如果硬要開資遣我會有不良紀錄?!最後我甚至嘗試去電台北市勞工局申訴,再百般不情願下最後才凹到了我應得的資遣證明... 最後如果你是一位不在乎勞基法且樂於免費加班,喜歡運用自己的私人時間來為公司按讚加油並寫讀書心得,且對老闆言聽計從的員工,那 #崇仁科技 將會是你最好的選擇 有相關問題歡迎來問我都會樂意幫大家解答.....
