之前外包時期（約有一年多）
廁所髒污損壞，停車塔頻繁故障
人員態度惡劣
外包經營者走人後
一切恢復正常，也鮮少發生停車塔故障（畢竟恢復每月定期保養維修）
之前繳費機老舊常卡票（這個問過內部停管處人員也很無奈）
現在新機器已經啟用
辨識速度也快，還蠻不錯的（進場時還會在車塔上方跑馬燈顯示完整車號）
