★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, the service is great as well. Don't forget to book the free shuttle service from and to the high speed rail station. The Lotus lake is right next to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom is extremely pleasant.
The walls are very thin, you can literally eavesdrop your neighbors. The breakfast wasn't the greatest either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel for my school club however we were quite disappointed. All the room sizes were different, some were cramped and some were huge. The flooring was horribly done. The exterior of the hotel looked decent but the rooms weren't what was to be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel 5star not up to standard as is, as many ppl comment front desk staff and restaurant poor service ?♂️. The price you pay only for convenience. Next trip return will locate another hotel to compare. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, from outside it looks good but the room was small and it was old. There were scratches all over the cabinets and the bathroom was old and dirty. Between the tils and on the plastic of the showerdoor there was alot oil residue. The showerhead was disgusting, it had hardwater and oil residue on it. They also had put 2 toothbrush cups nearby the toilet, which is NOT hygienic! There was not enough water in the room, they only provide 2 water bottles and when we asked for refill, they only give u 2 bottles each time. I dont understand why we couldnt refill our water bottles, that is just basic necessity! especially on hot summer days!
