這次是第一次起了大早搭乘葛瑪蘭客運!服務人員非常專業,我一路從台北轉運站一站一站乘車發現,在車子啟動離開前,該站服務人員會90度鞠躬像乘客揮手拜拜??,這種感覺非常溫暖、而且每個服務人員的神情相當專業,沒有ㄧ絲不耐,讓我感覺這趟旅程很心安!非常謝謝所有葛瑪蘭客運的全體同仁們

今天又再次搭葛瑪蘭,售票小姐態度服務良好車子也準時入站,也發現這次車子的椅座跟之前反應會往下滑的椅面材質不同,坐起來舒適完全沒有往下滑的疑慮,煞車時也能穩坐如山非常之好。唯USB孔充電都十幾分了,手機都還只呈現充電中,但趴數卻完全沒增長,應該不是我充電器有問題,我是新手機,且在家充電,趴數衝得飛快喔~

非常感謝葛瑪蘭台北轉運站的同仁,因為我不小心搭車把行李忘在車上,緊急跑到櫃檯請求協助,他們都很熱心也請我不要擔心,明確告知是否有聯絡上司機,以及轉交行李確認,我從發現忘了帶行李,到取得的時間只有3-40分鐘,效率很高,服務態度很好!對3/11晚班的同仁致上最大的感謝??

上週六下午搭乘葛瑪蘭客運去宜蘭羅東度假、車子還蠻不錯的、也屬於三排座椅、整體還可以!我覺得唯一也是最大的缺點、就是沒有充電裝置、連國光客運都有了!怎麼可能你們沒有呢?所以讓我有點失望!

麻煩你們調閱12/25晚上11點44分左右的監視器 在四樓服務處 大吼大叫的人 老實講沒有一個工作人員來說沒有車也沒有說末班車沒位子 讓一群排隊的人傻傻站著排隊 我就是其中一個 站了快一個小時看到有人反問為什麼沒有位子不說,之後工作人員出來大吼大叫說沒位子 我們排隊的人才知道 原來沒位子!還有拉客人的計程車司機還買販賣機的飲料給工作人員我也不知道這是什麼意思 聰明的人應該看得出來吧 反正我排隊排的有點生氣 想必早上你們的客服電話應該會蠻多的, 是人都會爆發能體諒但是沒車是不會提早說? 一直問到哪裡有羅東? 直接說沒車沒位子不就好 ,沒有安排加班車也說一下 ,我就直接搭計程車了 不用搞一些看不到的東西好嗎? 大家想知道的 頂起來 讓他們把監視器畫面調出來! 請去他們臉書灌爆留言看監視器畫面!
