廠區出入口及廠內路線都非常不順暢
很像迷宮闖關遊戲 新人容易迷路
二樓廁所只有三間 休息時間常需要排隊
全套無塵衣 非常繁雜
進入無塵室之後又是另一個關卡（尋找椅子跟空位）
密集的工作區域 若有密閉空間恐懼的人請三思。
吃素的人要自己詢問主管或人事
否則報到當天沒有純素餐點可以吃。

這裡的環境及人員管理真的很差，應該會變成第2個的華映，尤其是越南管理者：阮氏集團最差勁，死的都被她說成活的，重點主管：張xx還相信她！
而且為什麼不是給懂的人管電測！
像我覺得頭份廠來八德的人，都很厲害，每個人都懂製程及流程！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 政府基本時薪168，貴公司給170+出缺勤正常多給10塊（人力派遣的部分），並沒有給很多。主管會一直嘴派遣拿很多錢，然後請假就會威脅你下次不用來上班。在這裡賺錢靠的不是努力是主管喜不喜歡你，不然想加班都加不到班。有些人太老了就趕快退休，不要天天像個怨婦，自己工作的厭世，還要把負面情緒發洩在無辜的人身上。
派遣多不多，是你們公司開出來的薪水，應聘者畫自己時間努力賺來的，一小時多12塊並沒有多很多。要是這麼仇視人力派遣，可以跟董事長反應呀！主管態度這麼惡劣，人事流動率才這麼高。
廠區廁所少，衛生環境極其惡劣，疫情爆發嚴重的階段，還可以不用定時快塞，定時做清潔消毒，封閉式廠區，大家互相傳染，沒有解決的方法，只會一直說好可怕喔，誰誰誰染疫了，要小心喔！
請要來這邊上班的人做好心理準備。我被分發在模組課，請未來來到跟我相同科別的人要三思再來上班。要不然賠了夫人又折兵
真的是一顆星都不想給
