The site of the church was originally the residence of the former DPP chairman Lin Yixiong's lawyer (then a provincial councilor). On February 28, 1980 (69 of the Republic of China), Mr. Lin Yixiong was being held in Jingmei Military Detention Center because of the beautiful island incident. The court opened that day, and Mrs. Lin Fang Sumin went to attend the hearing. At noon, Mr. Lin ’s 60-year-old mother and 7-year-old twin daughters Liang Jun and Ting Jun died bizarrely here. Although the 9-year-old eldest daughter was seriously injured, the Lord ’s pity was able to escape from death. Sister Fang Sumin, under the leadership of the church shepherd who was involved in caring for the suffering families, was willing to use this house as a testimony to the justice of God and the place where Jesus Christ pardoned and saved the gospel, and sold it to the church building committee. On April 11, 1982, Easter "Yiguang (Light of God's Righteousness) Church" was born in Yan.

Yiguang Church is a place to worship God, we come here to practice singing hymns and chorus songs that everyone likes. While praising God, it also cultivates everyone's heart!
