★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遇到阿南教練前，我在連鎖健身中心有過一些糟糕的經驗，健身教練對我來說就是剛出社會，喜歡叫人家姊姊的鮮肉業務。到了give training，才發現肌力教練跟健身教練是不一樣的。我的腰痛、膝蓋痛，因為阿南教練有耐心的教導，跟殘酷的鞭策，都好了!!! 我也知道怎麼運用身體的肌肉群，認識自己身體的感覺真好。
 Before I met Coach Anan, I had some bad experiences in chain fitness centers. For me, fitness coaches are just out of society and like to call others’ sisters’ fresh meat business. When I got to give training, I discovered that muscle strength coaches are different from fitness coaches. My back pain, knee pain, because of coach Anan’s patient teaching and cruel spurs, it’s all right!!! I also know how to use my body’s muscles, and it’s great to know my body.
