★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.車子於1/14進行維修保養,維修保養兩個半小時,我幾乎約八成以上時間在現場等待,而保養完成後,技工才跟我說明車子按鍵損壞及龍頭有異狀,下回維修保養再請我評估是否要維修。(1)車子在維修保養過程發現問題,不是應該第一時間通知車主,確認是否維修,而不是完成後再告知車況,那我不知道此次保養的意義,如果後續發生任何事故,責任歸屬個人還是維修保養人員(2)維修保養前,車子前兩項功能是正常,維修保養後出現問題,才把責任全數推給車主,這就是即將在美國上市的Gogoro 所謂的優質服務。(3)當我二度回廠詢問車子損壞狀況,Gogoro僅以當下沒有材料所以才未告知打發,後續就傳封簡訊說,如有爭議可調監視器確認,然後就不再與當事人確認相關狀況,填寫售後服務網頁資訊,也無人再理會這件維修案。
2.車子本是屬於安全性的產品,試問有哪一個維修保養廠會在車子完成保養後,才跟車主說車子還有其他問題,你下回來再處理。如果牽涉到材料不足,是否應該跟其他廠區調材料或先行知會車主,留廠維修,而不是採取以上方式,讓人不免懷疑車子為什麼維修保養後才又新出現這兩個問題。
3.車子維修保養至今也即將滿一個月,至今換電及app介面仍然還是車輛待保養中,試問保養廠行政效率何在?
我想我未來也不會再來這家保養,因為我不會覺得它是一家專業的車廠~給未來想來這家車廠保養的人參考。
店家至今仍然未正面回應以下問題:(1)車子為何維修保養完成,才告知車輛仍然有其他部份損壞,如果產生交通事故,責任如何歸屬?那麼我不知道,我花兩個小時以上時間保養,結果車輛還是損壞還給車主,那麼我不知道這一次車輛保養意義何在?(2)為何已經保養結束快一個月,系統還是呈現「請盡快保養」畫面,難道這個也是車主的問題嗎?
購買該車輛已經超過五年以上,也分別去過不同店家維修保養,但卻第一次碰到維修保養完成後,才告知車主,你的車輛還有其他問題,下回保養再處理,試問如果你是消費者,會給店家如何的評價?
我相信如果店家有按照SOP作業執行,今天絕對不會發生以上問題,然後再來要求車主花時間來做責任歸屬釐清,試問車主的時間就不是成本嗎?由於維修保養店鋪尚未全面普及,我來回一趟店家就要超過半小時以上,為何店家不按照標準作業程序執行,卻要車主犧牲自己的時間。

(3) When I went back to the factory for the second time to inquire about the damage of the car, Gogoro did not send it because there was no material at the moment, and then sent a text message saying that if there is a dispute, the monitor can be adjusted for confirmation, and then it will no longer be related to the confirmation of the parties. condition, fill in the information on the after-sales service webpage, and no one pays attention to this maintenance case.
2. The car is originally a safety product. Let me ask which repair and maintenance factory will tell the owner that there are other problems with the car after the car is maintained. You can deal with it when you come back. If there is a shortage of materials involved, should we transfer materials from other factories or inform the car owner in advance and stay in the factory for repairs, instead of adopting the above methods, people can't help but wonder why these two problems appeared after the car was repaired and maintained.
3. The repair and maintenance of the car is about to be completed for a month. So far, the battery replacement and the app interface are still under maintenance. What is the administrative efficiency of the maintenance factory?
I don't think I will come to this maintenance again in the future, because I don't think it is a professional car factory ~ a reference for people who want to come to this car factory for maintenance in the future.
So far, the store has not responded positively to the following questions: (1) Why did the repair and maintenance of the car complete, only to inform the car that other parts of the car are still damaged. If there is a traffic accident, how is the responsibility attributable? Well, I don't know. I spent more than two hours on maintenance, but the car was still damaged and returned to the owner. So I don't know what is the significance of this vehicle maintenance? (2) Why is the system still showing the "Please maintain it as soon as possible" screen a month after the end of maintenance? Is this also the owner's problem?
It has been more than five years since the vehicle was purchased, and I have also been to different stores for maintenance, but the first time I encountered the repair and maintenance was completed, I informed the owner that there are other problems with your vehicle, and I will deal with it next time I maintain it. As a consumer, how would you rate the store?
I believe that if the store has followed the SOP operation, the above problems will never occur today, and then ask the owner to take the time to clarify the attribution of responsibility. I wonder if the owner's time is not a cost? Since the repair and maintenance shops have not yet been fully popularized, it takes more than half an hour for me to go back and forth to the shop.
