買了帳篷回去發現一直脫膠,送回去說要給廠商修理,等了幾天通知我去拿,因太相信店家所以沒有當場檢查,到營地搭的時候,發現完全沒處理,跟我送回去的狀況一樣。
同一時期還買了件特價的長毛象極限系列軟殼衣,回去穿沒多久就開始東壞西壞。
懷疑很多舊庫存不知放了多久……
得到慘痛教訓,以後不會再光顧

I suspect that a lot of old stocks have been stored for a long time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆專業度不夠,對問題處理推卸責任,處理態度不積極,還要佔那麼點便宜。價格上並沒有優勢,後續服務爛,之後不會再去消費,提醒其他消費者有其他更專業的選擇。
以下是消費後發現的問題整理:
8/8到山湖郊選購露營用品,當下老闆雖然沒有很專業,也還能依據需求推薦對應商品,雖然價格上並沒有優勢,不過有現場實際商品參考還是比較安心,畢竟開店有開店的成本,對於當下的服務也還可以就買了
9/12發現當時買2張 kovea 摺疊椅其中一張的收納袋拉鍊頭用不到十次斷裂。親自到店家詢問時老闆表示這是椅子收折方式不佳撐到拉鍊導致損壞,但另外一張同樣收折方式拉鍊完全沒有被撐到的感覺,當場打臉此說法。詢問後續處理方式老闆表示要送去給廠商換拉鍊,時間無法確定會再通知,並且要由我負擔換拉鍊費用。我表示若是這樣我自己去外面換就好,何必特別跑一趟請他處理,換拉鍊沒多少錢但我想看店家怎麼處理,看是跟廠商反應或如何改進。老闆聽後表示那換拉鍊的費用他負擔。
9/19因遲遲沒收到通知致店詢問拉鍊情況,表示隔天週一會再詢問。
9/21 下午四點多致店表示隔天中午過後能來取袋子
9/25 晚上前往取袋子時老闆不在,店員在交付袋子後表示要收取換拉鍊費用100元,我問:所以老闆決定要由我負擔這費用?店員說是。已經懶得跟店員爭論也不想讓店員為難就付錢走人,之後也不會再來消費

It was discovered on 9/12 that the zipper pull of the storage bag of one of the two kovea folding chairs was broken in less than ten times. When I went to the store to inquire in person, the boss said that this was caused by the poor folding method of the chair, which caused the zipper to be damaged, but the other zipper with the same folding method did not feel at all. Inquiring about the follow-up processing method, the boss said that he would send it to the manufacturer to change the zipper, and the time is uncertain and will be notified again, and I will bear the cost of zipper replacement. I said that if this is the case, I would just go outside and change it by myself. Why should I take a special trip and ask him to deal with it. It doesn't cost much to change the zipper, but I want to see how the store handles it, and how it responds to the manufacturer or how to improve it. After hearing this, the boss said that he would bear the cost of changing the zipper.
On 9/19, the store asked about the zipper situation because of the delay in receiving the notice, saying that he would ask again on Monday the next day.
9/21 At four o'clock in the afternoon, the shop said that he could come to pick up the bag after noon the next day
On 9/25, when I went to pick up the bag at night, the boss was not there. After delivering the bag, the clerk said that he would charge 100 yuan for zipper replacement. I asked: So the boss decided that I should bear the cost? The clerk said yes. I’m too lazy to argue with the clerk and don’t want to make the clerk feel embarrassed and pay and leave, and I won’t come back for consumption later.
