設計師Ashley會很仔細的確認髮流、髮型需求和整理習慣，剪髮的技術很純熟，會隨時溝通確認長度，剪出來的髮型也很自然柔順，感覺很好整理，不會有剛剪完頭髮的生澀感。舒壓洗髮的Emma 按摩手法很到位，頭皮按摩舒服到要升天，完全能徹底放鬆，不會有壓迫感的親切態度，非常推薦。

我認真的必須說一下 雖然服務品質很好很細心 但郭文的設計師要再加強年輕人流行的趨勢 她們好像不知道年輕人要什麼 也不知道怎麼幫年輕人設計髮型.....走出髮廊會覺得自己但年紀稍微增加（？） 除非是做很簡單但項目 如果是長輩進髮廊是沒什麼問題 總之就是我沒辦法很放心的將頭髮交給這邊的設計師

10年大直人，這一帶每一間我都去過了。郭文堪稱是大直最貴的，但完全掏錢心甘情願。助理品質穩定洗頭超舒服，店內使用的產品也都是大品牌，有要喜酒、拍照，我一定來報到。設計師小曼，一直都會要求自己，做出來的造型也就是比別間漂亮

Good salon and hairdresser.

Usually, I am the person who do not post the review. However, I have to do for people who might choose this salon, especially ladies.. It was nightmare. I got perm from Ashley and now my hair got damaged in irreversible status. I seriously doubt if she is a qualified hair designer or not. Furthermore, the salon, GOVIN, even took step back as excusing about their contract system with designer and not supporting any of this matter. 1. Skills: No understanding on hair condition and design That's why she made my hair perm twice (After once, the designer realized the style was totally different from what I wanted. Thus, she did again right immediately after the first trial.) and finally damaged. 2. Service: No responsibility, poor service (Both of Ashely and GOVIN) After twice of perm, my hair got totally damaged. I asked them to make it recovery by nutrition service. She accepted it hard after 10-20 min phone call, but asked me to pay shampoo fee. Since I didn't understand why I still needed to pay extra money for my hair recovery, I told them that I couldn't. The salon asked me to pay it as well. Finally, both side couldn't make agreement on shampoo fee, they decided to refund my money. --> Refund is absolutely better way they could take rather than providing several times of nutrition service till its recovery. 3. Summary: No responsibility, no skills, poor service, but high price If you do not want to meet any of your friends for a while, I highly recommend this hair salon not being able to hang out with people. Otherwise, I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE.

Excellent hair salon with excellent service. Emma is a lovely stylist, very polite and very skilful. I have tried the special hair and scalp treatment and come regularly. Highly recommend this place!
