★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務真的很差勁，南投水里特約門市5/2店休也不貼張公告，用戶平時使用網路品質就已經很無奈了，當需要門市服務時更是無助，水里好歹也有近2萬人口，電信服務業怎能說休就休呢？唯獨水里就這麽一家門市，，關下鐵門用戶就像孤兒一般。有哪家不是全年無休的，門外貼張A4公告很難嗎？真的很誇張。
軟硬體提升，人員教育，服務品質的控管，，還有很大的空間，需要檢討，加油。
用戶真的要慎選業者。
