結帳全程臭臉 態度也不好 甚至私下講壞話還被聽到⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/7禮拜日下午五點多到貴店消費，因為有價格的問題，所以請教了一位留著中長髮稻草色的女店員，女店員的態度不知道在跩什麼，可以麻煩妳們如果要講客人的壞話請私下講，不要在客人的旁邊講，其實我們有耳朵都聽得到，遇到這種服務我也是問號，我寧願去別間店，也不來這間店了

The attitude of the female clerk doesn’t know what she is doing, so I can trouble you if If you want to say bad things about your guests, please speak privately. Don't tell them next to them. In fact, we can hear them all. When encountering this kind of service, I am also a question mark. I would rather go to another store than come to this store.

因尺寸問題詢問了櫃臺服務人員，是否有其它尺寸的庫存
（當時只有她，長髮女生）
結帳時她詢問：商品是用送老公還兒子？
我回答：因為是要送人的，所以想確認一下尺寸，剛剛麻煩你們了，謝謝
該服務人員卻回說：這樣很奇怪！
這樣的回覆真的會讓消費者很尷尬，很錯愕！
建議貴公司需加強該名服務人員的素質以及應對的態度方式
