★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, fast service for your Acer products. Came here a number of times for a variety of problems and the engineers always happy to help. Some of them speak English if you don't speak Chinese. If you're driving or riding I would recommend you park nearby and walk as parking might be an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main board of my PC was replaced, however, the USB access in the front panel was failed. It is irritating that I were been required to send it back again. This is not my fault, why have to do more effort to solve the problem. Thus I open the case and checked, the USB cable was not connect the main board. It took me a while to find the right access to put it back. When a service was not completed, the company should provide a better way to help the client to solve the problem either via phone, email or in person. It is important and necessary to check EVERY FUNCTION of your computer after the maintenance!!!
