2樓是全聯福利中心，有充足的貨品可以選購！
3樓是新北市立圖書館三重南區分館，有各類書籍可以借閱，（同樓層也要公共託兒中心），也有兒童遊戲間，備有諸多幼童遊具供把玩！
The Guangming Public Market is located on the first floor of the building, there are not many stalls, and the flow is good! Only the overall light of the market can be further enhanced!
The 2nd floor is the Quanlian Welfare Center, there are plenty of goods to buy!
The third floor is the Sanchong South Branch of the New Taipei City Library. There are various books you can borrow (the same floor also has a public childcare center), there is also a children’s playroom, and there are many children’s playground equipment for playing!
