朋友介紹的牛肉麵店，以在地人為主的店家，店面不是很明顯，需要仔細看一下。
快一點的時候到達，裡頭沒有客人，簡單的店面，我想這應該是不吸引觀光客的原因。
湯頭有淡淡的中藥香味，是我喜歡的味道。問老闆可不可以加湯，老闆很爽快答應。問老闆他們牛肉湯的做法，他說要用牛大骨熬10小時以上，很費工，但是要這樣熬出來的湯頭才會好喝。
牛肉採用的是花腱的部位，軟而不爛。
特殊的是他的酸菜，一般牛肉麵店提供的是生的酸菜，這裡的還特別炒過，所以有不同的香氣，老闆的用心這裡看得到。
點了三樣小菜，包含老闆推薦的海帶，不過，我最喜歡的是滷大腸。
到花蓮玩的朋友真的可以去試試。

Asked the boss about their beef soup, he said that it would take more than 10 hours to boil beef bones, which is very laborious, but the soup will taste delicious.
The beef uses the flower tendon, which is soft but not rotten.
The special thing is his sauerkraut. Generally, beef noodle shops provide raw sauerkraut. The ones here have been fried, so they have a different aroma, which can be seen here with the boss’s care.
I ordered three side dishes, including the kelp recommended by the boss, but my favorite is the braised large intestine.
Friends who visit Hualien can really try it.
