★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預計搭10點車次，我8點10分去車站先畫位，櫃檯小姐幫我排22號廁所門邊靠走到道，與另一位從日月潭搭車的小姐，搭乘雙人座位，結果全車搭乘人數總數不到15位，有4個人想換位置。單人座位有3個無人乘坐，我問了一位單人座上的年輕人，他在9點多買到的票。車上不只我想換位子，位於我旁邊的小姐與後排2位70多歲的老年人，還主動尋問男性撕驗票員能否換位，我們只能等過了崎下站再換。如果這兩位提著行李老年人，當下摔倒，妳們要負責嗎？

买国道车次的车票时, 问柜檯: "可以在崎下车站上车吗?" 柜檯说: "可以, 已经帮你划好位了" 之后上车时竟然看见座位已经有陌生人坐, 更气人的是 ----- 司机非但不处理, 还眉头深锁, 凶恶瞪我, 不准我上车, 凶说: "不要耽误其他乘客的时间" 之后强行开走赶我下车
之后打电话问总站, 柜檯竟然改口说: "你说的崎下车站不是上客站啊~! 我们在总站等很久都没看见你, 所以就把座位给其他人了~!" 真是见鬼! 明明之前都可以在这站上车, 而且别人也是, 难道就我不行? 该不是自己疏失, 把我的座位送给别人还不承认吧? 最后强迫我补位改搭省道车次, 车程时间足足多了一小时以上! 好好的心情被恶意弄得很糟. 绝对是最烂的车站! 没有之一!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同樣的保留位問題一直發生，做客運服務業的主動詢問、即時回報不是基本嗎？你們有在溝通嗎？哦對了這裡是偏鄉，跟台北總站有差，承諾會教育訓練都是說好玩的，站長可以離職了謝謝。如果你們需要客人幫你們教育訓練，麻煩給講師費用。
搭了幾十年的車真是越來越糟糕。
