有時間的話，一定要來這吃「五香豆乾堡」，酸菜和香菜，加上特製醬汁，鹹香入口。一邊聽老闆講述921發生時的狀況，大自然的力量真可畏。

大口咬下，香菜味出來後接著是酸菜味，酸菜的酸味會比較重一點。混在一起的醬魯汁鹹鹹香香的，搭配豆干最對味。
老闆還有教學，吃一口再放下到袋子底部去沾醬汁，再推起來吃，才會每口都能搭配到醬汁。還確實是個好方法
