我一直都是肉肉圓圓的,生完小孩體重更是有增無減,隨著寶寶長大覺得自己整體身體狀態變得很差,所以下定決心開始運動以及調整飲食習慣
從皮拉提斯體驗課到正式課第一堂帶我的正妹教練Carina完全是個療癒系的天使,很仔細地聽完我的需求以及遇到的困擾再幫我規劃課程進度
不僅溫柔漂亮還很專業,我買10堂正課有包含身體評估,會很仔細地評估身體整體的關節活動狀態、穩定度、身體柔軟度等等,並留下上課紀錄,等到上課一陣子會再做整體評估作為加強方向的依據
在評估的時候發現原來有些地方受傷過一直沒注意影響到了我的運動狀態,以及懷孕時習慣性姿勢不良導致痠痛胸悶體態不佳的問題
我覺得在這邊上課學的東西是很專業且明確的,教練也都有物理治療的專業背景令人很放心,和在大型健身房的教練課是完全不一樣的體驗
