★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某位X姓男房仲個人對於他的服務態度感受不是很好，剛談的時候就直接說要2成服務費，事成要包紅包，而且處理太多我覺得很慢，講話就講話時不時還對客人大小聲，感覺瞧不起我們年紀輕，真的對住商不動產這個企業形象大打折扣，我也不會推薦身旁的親友到這間消費。
