★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前做日租就常常到這買家具飾品、對於門市人員服務非常的親切、人員也不會給客戶壓力,可以很輕鬆的參觀,推薦想找家具的朋友,可以去逛一下喔!???????
Ps:他們目前以賣住家為主的家具?
大型沙發床組,不像以前有很多的飾品可以買。
建議如在網路上看到的家具.寫店家那一個門市有展示.…..也要先打電話去問一下.才不會像我一樣白跑了一趟.去到新莊門市他們說賣掉了???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員回應很沒禮貌,今天去看床,床上面有貴公司放的床的示意圖,你們有放我們當然以為有賣,所以就問那個床有賣嗎?人員回應沒有啊,我們問為什麼,他說因為只是示意圖啊。可是你們版上也沒說是示意圖,這樣很讓人誤會 ,而且人員態度就是很不耐煩的回應,很像我們問這個問題不行的樣子。
而且貴公司的拖鞋十分危險,家人走路今天多次差點跌倒,不小心撞到你們門市得假植栽,人員沒關心就算了,還皺眉頭瞪一下,所有表情我們都看在眼裡。
我們問問題都沒有很積極的回應,走的時候卻很積極給名片,可是你都沒有好好服務怎麼會想給我們名片呢?怎麼會想跟你買?

服務態度有待加強。
不好停車,斜坡底部地沒有完全平,小心會刮到車子底盤。
服務跟前兩年去真的差太多了。

關於您的問題,這邊有幾點回覆:
1.因展場空間有限,示意圖上的情境並非每一樣都有展示或販售,民安門市目前營業一年多並未產生誤會,這部份我們會再進行檢討。
2.門市供應的拖鞋真的沒有辦法符合所有顧客的尺寸,現場未做好有效溝通造成誤解,我們會再加強現場人員溝通。
3.刮到您愛車的底盤的部分,因之前未有顧客反應此情形,我們會再與公司總部討論進行改善。
我們與兩年前確實有很大的不同,門市也做了不一樣的調整,期待未來能持續帶給大家不同的體驗。

第二點就算了,第一點的問題真的比較嚴重,既然您請的是銷售專員,有領薪水,他就應該專業的回應,而不是態度很隨便。
第二點拖鞋回覆,並不是尺寸的問題,裡面也是包含服務人員的態度,一般都是會關心客戶是否跌倒如何,而你們不是。
關於停車部分的問題,我們也沒多跟你們多說什麼,只是給來看評論的客人參考停車需要注意而已。
