★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite cheap and you'll get what you pay for, but it's still palatable. The soup is creamy and tastes nice, but it has been aggressively adapted to the Taiwanese palette, to its detriment in my opinion. The noodles are store-bought and fail to hold onto much flavor. If you're already in the area and want to get full on something kind-of OK, then you could do worse than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the beat ramen restaurants in Taiwanese style. Delicious, looked old-fashioned but with great service, and really reasonable price. Highly recommended for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique flavored ramen shop in Taipei. I've ordered their Hakata ramen with char siew and my brother with steak. You won't find the latter topping in Japan as far as I know. They serve it in a unique bowl that allows it to be heated from below, which is great as the airco was set pretty low as far as feel temperature goes. Too bad the fuel didn't last long enough so the soup cooled off faster eventually. For those who can't read Chinese, they also have an English menu. All in all worth a visit if you're in the mood for ramen while you're in Taipei.
Lastly they have a specialty sausage which can be seen in the photo. Since I didn't notice it until I was ready to leave I can't comment on the taste. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it. Had the fried chicken in miso broth and bbq pork in curry broth. Noodles were a perfect consistency, both broths were super-delicious, corn adds a lovely sweetness, and the meat was good quality. Very affordable prices too. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a miso fried chicken ramen and two side dish, the pepper pork and fried tofu.
Their chilli is good. Taste a bit like the sambal balachan from South east asia.
The ramen they used are not the typical ramen you get from most shop. It is the straight noodles.
I like the food and service is great.
Will definitely recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must say that it tastes like hotpot soup with noodles. For the soup, you can taste either taste the milk or curry (depends on which soup base you choose), but you won't taste the umami from the stock. Not sure if it is a Taiwanese style ramen, but definitely not a Japanese style ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only gotten takeouts here but it’s always been fresh. There is always a line out of the door at this restaurant so you know their food is fresh!
Unlike other popular ramen restaurants in the area, this one is Taiwanese style so the soup base is more aromatic (with sesame oil) and it’s not as salty.
I also like their side dishes as well.
They used to have this steamed fish on the menu, but it’s off the menu now. I hope they bring it back
