★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly cheap, but the food is excellent. Very original fusion dishes with a stress on quality and original ingredients (herbs, edible flowers). Large vegetarian and gluten-free selection.

We went there once and was excellent, so for the birthday of my husband we decided to come back. We arrive more that 1 hour before the hour of close and they rejected us because they already clean the kitchen.
Today we arrive almost 2 hours before the hour to close and tell us the same.
We don’t think we come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tiny fusion restaurant hidden in the back ally away from the main Tamsui Old Street. The interior is ultra modern, the food is excellent. Their lunch combo is reasonably priced, in moderate portion size, and comes with artistic presentation. I believe they sell some storemade sauces as well.

Found it accidentally at Sunday night when most places were almost close around 8:30pm.
We had two fish dishes and both are very fresh and tasty. Even better than a Michelin place I went one month ago in Taipei, but the price was only 1/5 of Michelin place.
They also sell handmade jams. and I got two bottles of jam, which are nice as well.
Average price per dish is around NTD320-450, not pricy for this kind of quantity. I will definitely love to go again.
