Drove from Daan district after work, arriving at 6:45. Everything was closed and locked with all the lights off, no one was there and no one answered the phone. They are not supposed to close until 7pm. Very disappointed.

No service at all. I walked in the other day, spend 20 minutes looking at those motos by myself. No one comes and asked me if I need any help.

I try and find all the Harley Davidson dealerships / stores when I travel to foreign lands and to buy a shirt. Unfortunately this location did not have big men's shirts in stock, which is a common issue I have at many US stores too. I need a 5XLT shirt, and the largest they had was a 3XL, which seemed even smaller. I tried to get them to order me one and ship it to me back in the states, even paying up front with credit card, but alas this did not work either. So I left empty handed. Some of the staff could speak English and they were helpful and understanding to my size issues. Most people there are more of a size small to medium, so a 5XLT was like a tent to them, lol. Otherwise the location was nice, clean, well kept as expected and a nice Harley shop. They just need larger sizes for us big Americans that want souvenirs, ha.

I’m an owner of Street 750, a 2016 model (made in India, water cooling), I bought it in 2017 as a second-hand, the mileage then was only 350km, it was a bargain for me. Before Street 750, I was an owner of Vespa 300, I rode it for about 18,000 kms in 2 years. I love my HD, and I loved my Vespa, too. So far, my HD’s mileage is about 19,000 kms, however, I’d stopped riding it for over 6 months, due to the bad weather, ever since my last ride on the April 30th and May 1st of 2020, it seemed that there were not rain for any 2 consecutive 2 days, I just waited, and use regular mobile power pack to have my bike’s battery recharged every week. When I started it on January 31st, the engine fired up after only a cough, HD is a very tough motor bike. I then rode my bike to this store yesterday to have my tire pressure checked, the young guys working there did it in no time, I appreciate it. I did a trial on the 30th of April last year, starting from my home at about 7 a.m., went along Provincial Highway No. 61（台61線，西濱快速道路）, then shifted to Provincial Highway 84（台84線快速道路）,then again shifted to Provincial Highway 3（台3線）, Provincial Highway 1（台1線）, then shited at 楓港（FengGang）to link to South Link Highway（南迴公路）, arrived at 台東（TaiDong）at about 5 p.m., but finally reached 花蓮（HuaLien） at about 10 p.m., the distance between TaiDong and Hualien is about 200 kms, it was the occasional rain that hindered my advance. I hated to ride motorbikes on rainy days. The ride of that 730 kms took me 15 hours in total, net of stops for meals, toilets, and gas fillings. I’d like to try a round-the-island ride someday. It is about 950 kms, I think it will take me about 20 hours, non-stop. I’m waiting for good weather. 昨天第一次進去這家店，安排試乘紅牌重機，對於檔車，我還是不熟悉，就像好幾年前在訓練場準備考駕照，一開始就手忙腳亂。看來得花點時間才行。

I was in Taipei in March 2020 and made a special trip to the dealer for some Taiwan HOG and dealer souvenirs. I must admit the reception from the staff was really good. I was offered coffee and some cookies while I shopped. Natasha Kao was the sales associate who assisted me. I was made to feel very important, they know how to boost your ego. Bikes were expensive, a 45% import tariff is placed on the price.

Great place, very helpfull and friendly, lots of bikes, was offered a coffee. Had my size shirt xl, bit could be a bit limited with larger fella’s. Good representation of the brand, should be proud. Thank you??

So many accessories here!! Big fan must come.but the price is not friendly,but if you are the fans,it wouldn't be an issue.

Very limited offer of clothes and accessories. Only small sizes. Service ok, large number of HD Motorcycles on show.
