i really enjoy every moment here. I could not only totally relax my mind and body but also strengthen my figure. The environment is clean and comfortable, they even provide shower room and lockers. The most important thing is that the teachers are kind, patient and with very "well-knowledged". the class really helps me a lot!! LUV IT!!!!

This is best choice hot yoga place in Taipei. It has flexible price and location is near subway station. I do like this neat place and nice yoga master. I am sure that you will love it after trying this.

Their website has all the information you need to know, even classes schedule including their language. Excellent yoga teachers, their facilities have all you need for the class and what I like the most it that their packages are flexible enough to fit everyones needs.

Turn off by Joe’s awfully rude attitude. After my first trial class, I feedback to Joe on some challenges I’ve experienced as the beginner in the class I have attended earlier. I was hoping that if the tutor could demonstrate a full posture during the class for reference, instead of verbal instruction only. Sometimes it was hard to hear everything, monotone soft female instruction voice. And zero intonation. It seems like a long sentence without punctuation. Demonstration helps beginner like me to clearly understand what should I do to get it right. Joe’s reply “You’re a beginner. You’ll never get it right. We all teach like this. Nothing wrong. If you cannot cope, look at other people around you - isn’t that enough? Let me tell you, DON’T DO IT!!!”

Great Bikram-ish studio in an easily accessible location. They also have bilingual classes for English speakers who need guidance with the 26 poses. The studio is very clean and they give you everything you need for the class (even a shower towel). The floor was very clean, and you don’t actually use a mat as it is made to be a giant mat; you use your provided yoga towel as a mat. The heating is interesting, they use these heat lamp type things. It works, although the class was just slightly too cool in my opinion. There are two classes to choose from, 60 minutes and 75 minutes. The 75 minute class I took was basically the full Bikram session, but some poses were only done once. Definitely hit it up if you’re looking for a Bikram style class!

Came to this studio Saturday afternoon to confirm what I knew already and make the registration. A teacher / manager responded to my questions and mentioned I could register before a class and would be fine by then. Monday I came to register and have class. The response from that same teacher / manager was that I could Not register anymore as ordinary times make them Not to accept any more members. I mentioned alternatives for a less frequent class, and our conversation 2 days before, as I could have registered by then. I am petty sure I was talking on a normal tone. He then simply raised his tone voice, raised his body posture, and very Aggressively told me "listen men, I just said No... and I don't like to turn down business either..." I went away with a "Bye", for which I even did Not got a response. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years in various countries and various styles. I'm used for yoga teachers to be kind and balanced people. I have Never Ever been so badly treated by a yoga teacher with such a verbal and body language Aggressive and Rude Response :-(

I was looking for a yoga studio in Taipei & I think this studio is perfect for foreigners in Taiwan! Its so good that they have both the english and chinese version of class, and what I like best about this studio is that they have a yoga towel (because i think its cleaner compared to the yoga mat) ! I love this studio and highly recommend it to the ones looking for a yoga studio!

Finally found THE legit BikramYoga in town. Joe was super nice and gets into details of how to improve tricky poses. Absolutely coming back more buying classes in bulk.
