We actually preferred local food when we were in Hualien, but we decided quickly to have steak when we see this restaurant. Price is very reasonable with free salad and soft drink. Food is tasty and quality is good, worth its price. We just had a comment on cleanliness and hygiene of the old restaurant. It does not need to be renovated, just keep it clean. Anyway we still loved the way it is and will have steak here next time.
