The boundary of the wall becomes the central axis boulevard, with moving lines and soft facilities as the hint of the interface between the two areas, connecting the two parks and sidewalks with clear barriers, and eliminating the obvious differences between the two areas in a flexible way. In 2012, the fence and flower stand were removed and replaced by the central axis boulevard, which was reorganized with the concept of a park, and now it has become a comfortable, spacious and well-circulated boulevard park.
