原本以為向如此高貴品牌的靠櫃壓力可能會山大,週五那天(3/11)結果除了一開始走進去的時候沒人搭理,後來的一位櫃姐倒是客氣有禮貌,跟我講了很多皮革的種類跟品牌的歷史;接著是換一位櫃哥(叫K什麼的)跟我說明,態度都很好!而且第一次靠櫃就拿到傳說中的絲巾短夾,而且顏色跟內裏都是我夢想中的!真的是超級開心! Hermes沒有想像中的冰山~真的是很暖

本來覺得只是職業倦怠,在服務我們的過程中有一個疑似她的熟客進來,明顯感受得出來原來新舊客會明確影響態度的差別,也或許是我們正要買的品項相對便宜許多,不確定她是不是刻意流露出若有似無的情緒按耐給我們看,反而多少讓我覺得有點不好意思且抱歉。 拿出品項給我們看的時候發現錯拿到另一個顏色了,轉頭再去找的時候聽到她明確地sigh了一口氣,幫我們結帳的時候終究藏不住不耐煩,該有的表面sop都演出來了,直到最後終於懶得送客到門口。 其實兩個小時前剛踏進店裡還未確定要消費的時候,先是一位店員非常熱誠地接待我們。後來吃了晚飯後再次回到店裡就直接表明我們想買某某品項,也直想著儘量簡短後來接手的她的服務流程與麻煩,整個過程我們都禮貌到不行。 從來沒有在一間愛馬仕體驗過這樣難掩不耐的服務(即便從入店到結帳只花費不到10分鐘),連結帳前對方問我電話資料時,也立刻說「嗯,不用了沒關係」,我甚至為自己買的品項太便宜而拉低了對方業績而感到不好意思。 那些拙劣情緒是否經過匠氣包裝等等的分辨,對當代的消費者不是件困難的事,所以請你更努力點,心累了就請多多休息深呼吸不要勉強自己機械般地工作,讓跟顧客之間的氣場傳遞可以更健康一點,不小心比較倒霉接到便宜單的時候,或許自己心裡也會比較好過一點。
