個人覺得沒有評論上的那麼糟糕,服務還蠻中規中矩的,基本上也會稍做介紹,因為我有在網路上做功課先看過想要的款式,到店上就請店員幫我找,基本上我想要的款式都有,所以從進店到結帳算蠻快,基本上態度還算可以,語氣也有禮不會讓我感到不悅,以後有機會會來購買小皮件甚至是包款,可以當成努力的目標之一?,然後謝謝那位男店員,雖然我不知道他的名字。

第一次進Hermes逛,接待的是位女店員 但沒看到名牌所以無從得知姓名 本來看評論以為店員態度都不好,但此次消費,整體算是普普通通,店員口氣比較制式化 有先找要購買的商品照片給店員看,也馬上讓我試戴,但店員也就沒有再說話了⋯ 直到我說想試別款,才帶我上樓,然後等電梯時一直在滑手機,都沒有發現自己沒按電梯,讓我跟友人罰站了一小會⋯還要我們提醒才發現自己沒按電梯 上樓後店員其實也都有給我試戴手環,態度雖沒到熱情,但蠻安靜的。是沒有給我白眼或不耐煩的感覺,所以我最後還是有購買。但店員不會特別告知有配合百貨什麼刷卡活動,一切你都要自己查好再去比較不會吃虧, 此行也幫友人順便詢問有沒有絲巾短夾,店員回覆沒有現貨,雖沒有留我的聯絡方式但有告知月初可以再來看看或許會進,算是中規中矩的回答。 回到一樓繼續看香水,店員讓我們試了兩款想聞的香水後就⋯沒有然後了,詢問香水後味是什麼味道,只叫我們自行將試香卡帶回去聞,也沒有送我們到門口,就逕自回原本接待我們地方站好這樣。 感覺店員就是覺得接待我們接待得差不多了,可以了就結束吧這樣的感覺,整體服務比較像機器人 結論:如果已經想好要買什麼的話還是可以來試一下,沒有大家說的那麼糟糕,不會到不耐煩或瞧不起的態度,但要親切熱情的服務是沒有的。

All of the leader goods are for exhibition only, in a shop, the fashion jewels are mostly out of stock according to the sales assistant regardless any kind of design I was looking for, yet simply told me all items sold out. What's the shop for? Is it for galleria purpose placing all display items in shop but noting to offer to customers. And the SA seemed disparaged to serving walk-in customers, their attitude to the regular customer (so called VIP) is totally different and most of the leather items especially hot bags are reserved for their selection only. I just wonder if any implicit rule to acquiring equivalent or above dollar amount of the side items to redeem a chance for purchasing a hot bag, this unfair allotment system upset the ordinary customers but bred the agents to monopolize the luxury markets. We as an ordinary customer, as a result, need to pay a big trunk of premium for the sought-after items. This is against a fair-trade philosophy in the free trade market
