還是找不到，東西到底是去哪裡了，有一件還寫錯號碼，另一件還要留電話找到在通知…….又要在跑一趟
貴店應該要規劃好的包裹區，在讓客人自助取?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前面一個男的在寄貨，店員問我要袋子嗎？我說不用兌換的，聽到不是買的叫我稍等一下，我說可以先刷我的嗎？店員當作沒聽到，只顧著刷包裹（地上一大堆），不是能用另一台結帳嗎？寄包裹最大？別人就慢慢等，車子違停就算了，技術差到別人也沒辦法停，自私！！！真的不會想去萊爾富消費，等就飽了

然後叫我要不要先結帳另一個包裹,然後等等幫我找
結完後 就跑進去裡面 我以為是在幫我找,過5分鐘後，走出來看著我 有什麼問題嗎？

直接回我 我還沒幫你找，才去櫃檯拿本子給我寫資料 說找到會在通知我
