早上去取貨拿包裹，結果一個男店員問了我後3碼後，看了一下結帳的電腦螢幕，再看了一下手錶，和我說：去2開頭的櫃子找，我們現在是自助取貨。
我就去2櫃找貨，結果找了半天都沒找到，和店員反應櫃裡沒我的貨，店員才回說：你貨還在籃子裏，還沒整理好，下午再來。
當場很無言，貨還沒整理好我能理解，但為什麽不一開始就說，要讓我去櫃子裏翻這麼久才說，故意的嗎？覺得這樣耍人很好玩？
這位店員素質真讓人堪憂

I went to the 2 cabinets to find the goods, but I couldn't find them for a long time. I told the clerk that there was no goods in the cabinets. The clerk replied: Your goods are still in the basket and have not been sorted out. Come back in the afternoon.
I was speechless on the spot, and I could understand that the goods had not been sorted out, but why didn't you say at the beginning that it took me so long to go to the cabinet to rummage, was it intentional? Think it's fun to play like this?
The quality of this clerk is really worrying
