第一次收包裹選離家最近的萊爾富,也是第一次踏進這間萊爾富,一進來詢問取貨,報完後三碼報完姓氏,店員講了一大堆客人聽不懂的話意思就是要自己去找,我已經有點傻眼了沒遇過自己要找貨的地方,這些都沒關係,前往她指定的地方找重複確認好多次沒有我的東西,再次去詢問也是講了一樣的話讓我自己去找,這次我把不是她說的地方也都找過了就是沒有,到第三次再去問她也沒有要幫你找的意思,只說「你那邊找了嗎?那裡呢?那邊呢?」站在原地不動打算等你找到下輩子再來找她,之後她撇一眼看著八竿子打不著的小角落「不是在那裡嗎?」上面還壓了一堆重物,我還要自己把上面的東西都搬下來才能拿我的貨⋯⋯ 我對店員不會有偏見,不會覺得店員應該要客人至上,但是這麼沒有理由的傲慢我真的第一次見 說真的如果店員那麼討厭上班的話可以在家自修 真的大開眼界了! 不會再踏進這家店了謝謝!
