★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車上螢幕是壞的！設備已經老舊，位子雖大但有些位子我180CM還是會撞到頭(白金臥艙部份)新營換車真的很不爽，服務人員態度很差。直達車變成要換車
The screen in the car is broken! The equipment is old. Although the seats are large, I still bump my head with 180CM in some seats (in the platinum cabin). It is really uncomfortable to change to Xinying, and the attitude of the service staff is very poor. The through train has to be changed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/4櫃檯兩位先生服務很客氣友善，尤其吳先生會幫忙想辦法怎麼搭比較好，覺得他非常有助人的熱忱超讚！而且聊天當中發現我買錯票，真的有在用心聽客戶講話不是在敷衍的！好險因為有他讓我沒搭錯車，遇到貴人！給6顆星！廁所很乾淨 看得出很用心維護
不寫好評真的對不起他們的努力。
