I go to this place at least once a week. The food is great and the servers are very attentive. Occasionally you’ll be asked to share tables but only when it’s super busy. I recommend the turnip cakes!

for the price portions are too small, tastes just ok, nothing out of the ordinary

Went back again today. Wife is Hong Konger so... This time was for ha em cha. Pretty authentic. Milk tea and lemon tea are typical HK - a bit strong. French toast was just like HK. Good service. Good location. Only negatives: a bit pricey, not handicap friendly - seating on 2 & 3 floors, restroom on 3rd floor, no Wi-Fi (for the price, you'd expect Wi-Fi).

The food quality is about average, the service is quick and friendly, and the seating area is clean and bright. The tea had some chemical smell, and the waitress replaced a new cup for us right away.

Great Hong Kong cuisine, prices might look steep prove it's worth in quality and quantity. Need a little bit more seasoning, though it is only my personal taste. For some reason, no drink and soup combo available for this dish I ordered.

Noodles were overcooked and didn't have the nice bouncy chewy texture that egg noodles should have. The wontons were also overcooked to the point that the skins were falling apart in my chopsticks. Siu mai was pretty dry and flavour was average too. Did get a lot of wontons though, but I'd prefer quality over quantity. Overall, expensive for what you get and honestly disappointing that they can't get such simple, staple HK foods right for a chain that specializes in HK food.

Came across this place as it was close to my work for lunch. Even though I only ordered the dim sum and iced drink the prices were kinda steep but well worth it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere reminded you of something you would find in Hong Kong and the dim sum was made fresh and served hot not off a cart. Definitely check it out.
