★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境很乾淨衛生，店內大多時間放日語歌，不是一般吵鬧音樂，肉燥主瘦肉，味道不錯，客家味道偏鹹，不喜歡客家的重鹹，可以點湯麵類不加肉燥，比較清淡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for authentic Hakka cuisine, this is the place to go. Food is amazing -- especially the Hakka flat rice noodles and the homemade chilli sauce. Everything is served fast and efficiently. Great and generous owner/chef. Highly recommended. ?????????????????
