很喜歡這裡的場地環境。 空間十分寧靜舒適。很適合去伸展身體需要的體驗、活動或是伸展課程。 而且場地的活動帶領人,十分平易近人。

朋友介紹的關係,我上了旭芳老師的課程,學到了很多平常不會注意到的骨骼和肌肉、筋膜的放鬆、運動的方式,覺得簡直酷斃。 一開始覺得是不是一個玄學的課程,很像在冥想,意識練習,結果慢慢感覺以後發現真的是可以動到一些平常不會注意到的肌肉、骨骼,非常有幫助。

第一次進入好時的空間時,就覺得是有心照料的空間。而參與幾次課程後,更覺得這裡的身體課,有特殊的質地。目前我到好時次數雖然不多,每個課程都只有參與一次,但簡單回憶一下每堂課都讓我有不同以往的體會。 流動核心,使我能感到身體空間與脊椎立體的展開;接觸即興體驗,空間的陽光讓我感到非常友善,引導的老師給予大家安心與自由的空間;印象最深的是去年底,旭芳老師一對一的機械禪柔引導,讓我車禍曾經受傷的地方,能安心地自行探索,對我來說是身體細胞都打開、覺察深深吃進每刻時間與當下身心的奇妙旅程,也對我後續物理治療及自我復健調整,有許多啟發。 目前我感到好時,是一個適合初次體驗,也適合長期探索自己身體的地方,這裏似乎是個希望讓每個人找到自己認識身體方式的地方,而非學會什麼特別的動作。空間與老師都讓人安在舒心,真心推薦。
