這邊是有買教練課才能來的精緻會員形式的健身房，體驗上很棒。喜歡在有自然光的地方上課，不是陰暗霓光燈，運動後也比較舒服。
 The coach is quite professional, and gives great guidance to people who have lost weight or already have sports habits. I especially like this space. It is clean and tidy and has no weird smell in the gym.
This is an exquisite membership gym that can only be bought by coaching classes. The experience is great. I like to take classes in places with natural light, not dark and neon lights, and I feel more comfortable after exercise.
