★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't take your problem serious at first, bit if they piss you off and you go back for an explanation, they get scared and help you out in 30 minutes, while the first time they can waste a few months just to get the same problem fixed in 30 minutes.

As long as it’s the same brand product, they should be able to handle....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people had a decent attitude, but they can't recall what people are saying... even a three-year old kid can tell the difference between silver and black. Plus they never fixed the right parts where there really are problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below any expectations. Did not even try to help me out with a factory reset "because they didn't have the source".... The PC doctor nearby fixed the problem in one day and my HP is running like new. Very disappointing customer service and not really flexible because "I didn't buy this PC from a HP store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a lively local night market that has a wide variety of food stalls. The quality and taste of the food is superb. Its not so large as the market in central Kaoshiung but perfect if you just want to grab a quick bite at the end of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heed the other poor reviews and avoid this center. They will only waste your time. My husband took my HP Spectre laptop there as it would turn on but would no longer hold a charge. It was an obvious battery issue. The staff here told him that it was a motherboard issue and the computer could only be fixed if we took it back to the United States (we live and work in Taiwan). This had nothing to do with the laptop being under warranty in the US - they just refused to fix it here. We took the laptop to a random repair shop in the Guanghua Digital Plaza next and they fixed it on the spot in 30 minutes. It just needed a new battery. No motherboard issues. It also cost a fraction of the price and they offered a 12 month warranty while HP only offers a 3 month warranty on repairs. I wish we would have listened to the other bad reviews and saved our time. Don't go here and save yourself the frustration.
