★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 維修中心是委外的，明明購買不到半年還在保固內，送修單居然偽造文書寫保固外，螢幕突然自己裂開，維修中心人員很兇的説一定是人為，要求維修費用9500，並且表示到府收送要收取運費.當初購買時網頁標示一年免費到府收送，爛的要死，千萬別買.我買了頂級最好的筆電，等於是沒有保固沒有服務，已至消保局申訴
 The repair center was outsourced. Obviously, it was still within the warranty for less than half a year. The repair order was forged and written. Outside of the warranty, the screen suddenly broke by itself. The repair center staff said that it must be man-made, and the repair cost was 9500. It means that the delivery fee will be charged for delivery at home. At the time of purchase, the website indicated that the delivery was free for one year. Don’t buy it if it’s rotten to death. I bought the top and best laptop, which means there is no warranty and no service. Consumer Protection Bureau Appeal

Several phone calls were accented from mainland China, but the outsourcer said that the printer had no parts to repair and asked me to buy a new one. Are you sure you are from the US HP company???

要不是評分最低一顆星！我連一顆星都不想施捨給這家鬼公司！！早點倒閉吧！！浪費我的錢

耗材貴得要死就算了
墨水打開沒多久就出問題
紅色墨水就出不了墨
還要特地跑去維修中心檢測
重點是檢測標準還是他們說了算
搞不好大老遠跑一趟結果還不能換
我只能說真的不要買他們的印表機當冤大頭
客服沒心解決東西品質又爛耗材又貴
隨便換另一台品質也沒這麼差墨水還便宜很多
這些墨水的錢省下來都可以換好幾台新的印表機了
有夠差勁
Hp printer sucks
Consumables are so expensive
Problems occur soon after the ink is turned on
Red ink can't get ink out
I have to go to the repair center to check.
The point is the testing standard or they have the final say
Maybe it's a long way to go and the result can't be changed
All I can say is really don't buy their printers and take advantage of them
The customer service has no intention to solve the problem of poor quality and expensive consumables
Just change another one, the quality is not so bad, the ink is much cheaper
The money for this ink can be used for several new printers.
