★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去消費後核對明細，發現標價76元的冰品刷到100元，回頭問原結帳小姐時(她並沒有在收銀)，被另一收銀男店員大聲吆喝"排隊"，我....沒有要結帳啊，也沒插隊，就只是看到幫我結帳的人，想跟她說一聲，總不能我拿著結過帳的冰，直接衝進去看標價吧？！後來另一位好心小姐幫我確認後退了款，只是....新手還不太熟退款流程，討論上花了一點時間，而我的冰回到家也溶化了。
沒有以客為尊，但至少態度要友善吧！
I checked the details after consumption today and found that the ice product with a price tag of 76 yuan was brushed to 100 yuan. When I asked the original checkout lady (she was not at the cash register), another male cashier clerk shouted "queuing", I... .. I didn’t have to check out, and I didn’t jump in the line. I just saw the person who helped me check out and wanted to tell her. Can’t I take the ice that I checked out and just rush in to see the price, right? ! Later, another kind lady helped me confirm the refund, but... the novice is not familiar with the refund process, it took a while to discuss, and my ice melted when I got home.
There is no respect for the customer, but at least the attitude should be friendly!
