★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眾合業務櫃台無人，也不叫號，後面的人等到下班後，才有陸續叫號真的是玩死大家陪承辦加班！坐在辦理相關業務時發現主管很不專業當著客戶面前責備刁難辦事員且是無理，並浪費時間陪你這屁孩主管看你的無知，知道原來是主管不懂，或許年輕主管學歷高或背景高，可是坐在你面前的我看到了是任性和霸凌資格較深的員工，還要浪費客戶時間陪你看這場鬧劇，整個銀行士氣低迷不是沒有原因。總公司是否該介入了解職場倫理與年輕主管是否具備職場管理能力。否則這種惡性循環浪費客戶時間和行員敢怒不敢言低迷士氣會持續影響 貴公司商譽！
