★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超沒效率的銀行，網銀APP還要安裝一堆才能掃臉，客服電話一直沒人接，沒事還要改網銀密碼搞到被鎖住，拜託可以學學 中信 國泰 嗎?
Super inefficient bank. You have to install a bunch of online banking apps to scan your face. The customer service phone has never been answered. If you have nothing to do, you have to change the online banking password and get locked. Please learn from CITIC Cathay Pacific?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家華南銀行（西湖分行）的動作真的慢到非常非常非常的誇張！ 最多人排隊的一般收付的窗口卻只有一、二個人員，一大堆客人全部都在排，而其他夜務窗口都沒有人，企金業務櫃檯前面完全都沒有客人，企金業務櫃檯的人員涼到互相開心聊天，而不會互相支援，如果是全聯購物超商應該早就廣播喊請支援收銀了！唉！我只是因為刷本子已經滿了，只好要換存摺，結果等了快一小時！不過這種銀行要不是因為公司薪轉真的不會想來！他們上層應該也不會看評論吧！
The action of this South China Bank (West Lake Branch) is really slow to be very very very exaggerated! The general receipt and payment window with the most people in line has only one or two people, a large number of customers are all in line, and the other night service windows are empty, and there are no customers in front of the enterprise financial business counter. The staff is so cool that they can chat with each other happily, and they will not support each other. If it is a Quanlian shopping mall, it should have broadcasted and called for support for the cash register! Ugh! I just had to change my passbook because the book was full, but I waited for almost an hour! But this kind of bank wouldn't really want to come if it weren't for the company's salary transfer! They probably won’t read comments at the top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [after 2years] now they change a for good. you can find the friendlyness of Taiwan, the staff is willing to help, and they don't rest until you are satisfy, they answer all question to the best of their capacities, they are patient if you ask for clarification.
Happy to change the review to 5 starts from the 1 star I gave two years ago.
[ 2 years ago. 1 star] The reception person and the security guy are the only friendly people here, the agents scream at you if you dare to ask something, something simple like “get a new booklet” feels as stressful as an interrogation.
Avoid this branch even if you speak Chinese, if you need anything with this bank better get the metro or taxi and go to another branch or change the of the bank.
