牛肉麵的湯頭我覺得要紅燒沒有紅燒，要清燉沒有清燉，這家是介於兩者之間，可能是湖南的味道吧，但整體來說用餐算ok，就是一般的牛肉麵。

I think the soup of beef noodles should be braised and not braised, and it should be stewed without braised stew. This is somewhere in between. It may be the taste of Hunan, but it ’s ok for a meal as a whole.
