我想這是我此生購車經驗最差的一次 第一原本在石牌現代看Santa Fe 柴油版 試乘時業務也沒有好好的介紹車款功能 只顧著在後座滑手機 接著經過介紹來到三重現代的蔡姓經理服務 於是就說一月急著競賽月要趕快交車 因為個人也需要用車就簽了購車單 交車前後人樣大不同 交車前答應的條件沒有一項做到 例如更換LED燈泡、輪框烤黑、避光墊等等的 交車當天蔡姓經理藉由交車理由沒有配合交車 完完全全忘記自己的職責 還要一直催我交車 就我一個自己去交車中心領車 那也就算了 發現車上還有用過的口罩及車皮椅品質差 疫情期間看到用過的口罩真的是極度噁心 皮椅這一邊凹一個那邊凹一個 打開引擎室也覆蓋一層灰 碟盤煞車也都是鏽蝕 詢問蔡姓經理說整理車的阿姨不小心留下口罩 在交車中心清潔車的人員根本沒幾個戴口罩 我個人也不用粉紅色口罩 這噁心感一直存在心理 而那位蔡姓經理就搪塞過去 已經一個多月過去了 訊息仍然已讀不回 交車前後果然人前一個樣人後一個樣 對於只會開空頭支票的主管還真是佩服 三重現代保養廠只能用很小來形容 讓人不舒服的保養廠 到現在心裡仍是不爽 一百多萬的車搞得像是買中古車一樣 完全不推薦

廠長服務週到,很棒!唯獨其他技師很冷漠,也不夠熱心,也不會跟客戶說明車子的問題在那,這麼高的價錢,換這樣的服務⋯⋯如果不是廠長,不會來這邊修,如果不是廠長,我會給一顆星。 後續,我車保固是十二萬,一直都是去原廠保養,大概八九萬的時候,感知器壞了,原廠說我沒用他們的油,廠長要我再用他們的油保養,之後有東西壞掉,才能有保固,我也去了,中間保養了三次,都沒有發現車子引擎漏油,我發現了,也反應了,保固才不過2000公里,結果跟我說不在保固範圍內⋯⋯說才剛漏,也不知什麼原因,反正就是不想負責。 當晚我就打去0800詢問,為何不保固,隔天就收到三重廠電話,要再開過去給他們拍照,那為何前一天不幫我拍照,還要再跑一趟? 車好開沒用,後勤才是最重要的,原本下一台打算等現代電動車,現在不用了,不會再買現代的車。

Inside...I just missed it, and I don't know why, anyway, I don't want to be responsible. I called 0800 that night and asked why I didn't have the warranty. I received a call from Sanchong Factory the next day, and I had to drive over to take pictures of them. Then why didn't I take pictures the day before and had to run again? It’s useless to drive the car well. Logistics is the most important thing. I originally planned to wait for a modern electric car for the next one.

業代教育訓練差、專業度感覺也不行,賣的也比其它經銷貴,不做功課一定會被當肥羊宰。 不會再來三重看車和買車,印象差到爆。

車廠服務很好,但雨天竟然車廠前算室內怎麼地面微斜坡有水,使得我穿雨鞋套碰到水整個人滑倒而導致左手腕部份骨折斷掉。這環境該好好改善
