imcoffee來自台南的精品咖啡品牌為了凸顯咖啡選豆、烘焙與風味表現上的特色，我們經多次研究測試，研發出「!’M COFFEE」獨特的萃取表現方式「金杯短萃」，來保留與展現咖啡豆原始的風土滋味。 「金杯短萃」就像是用了更多咖啡豆，經由三段式萃取(前、中、後)，我們只取前、中段最乾淨、飽滿的部分，做成美式、拿鐵等義式咖啡，醇厚有底蘊，成本卻高出好一般作法好幾成！我們為何要做眼睛看不到的傻事? 因為看不到，但是喝得到，好喝的咖啡是，一杯就可以滿足，那種似水般般的稀釋咖啡，無法通過我們的要求！

開在成功大學裡面的一家咖啡廳，白色色調，跟異人館的通道是連在一起的，蠻多吃異人館的個人會路過，少數位子有插頭，假如是假日蠻容易客滿的，裡面的品項個人覺得蠻貴的，不管是飲料還是甜點，價位都偏高，不過東西自己覺得就普普這樣，布丁吃起來蠻軟嫩的而且有香草籽，擺盤還算漂亮，飲料的部分也長的蠻好看的，甜度不會太高，不過有時候服務生在洗碗聲音有點大，個人覺得服務品質還有待加強啦…，但是如果是要讀書或討論報告還能接受的一個地方

A café opened in Chenggong University. It has a white color and is connected to the passage of the Alien Hall. A lot of people who eat Alien Hall will pass by. A few seats have plugs. If it is a holiday, it is easy to fill up. I personally think the items are quite expensive. Whether it is a drink or a dessert, the price is high, but the thing I think is like Pupu. The pudding tastes very soft and has vanilla seeds. The presentation is pretty beautiful, and the drink part is also The length is pretty good-looking, the sweetness is not too high, but sometimes the waiters are doing the dishes loudly, I personally feel that the quality of service needs to be improved..., but if it is to read or discuss a report, it is still acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barista gave me the coffee menu, but he didn't tell me the espresso machine was down. Most coffee on the menu was not available.
After checking out, I went back to my seat to wait for my tea. The barista chatted with another barista for ~5 minutes doing nothing, then he suddenly came to me. He said he had charged me the wrong price, so he needed to get extra NT$10 from me. After another 5 minutes he finally gave me my tea.
They can easily do better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great sanctuary on a cold and windy day. There is a good selection of coffees from around the world that are carefully brewed. Food selections are mainly cakes and sandwiches, which are great for an afternoon coffee break, but not a meal. Well lit and comfortable exterior and good service are its other advantages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a comfy place for students budget, to work on their assignments or just a chit-chat. Some said that the price is a bit expensive. But to me, the price is reasonable. The location is just perfect. Don't expect too much on the decoration. It's dominantly plain white. Could be better!
