今天帶媽媽來舊換新，店員人很好幫我處理，還很主動幫我清理乾淨（這樣才能檢測較高價），建議來門市可以先找店員做詢問，以後還是會把家裡舊主機都帶來換！

Good store if you're in Taipei and forgot some supplies for your Apple products. Friendly staff with minimal but functional English.

My MacBook couldn't start up due to some corrupt files. I came here hoping that staff could help with reinstallation/direct me to authorised service centres as I had problem finding them online in English. The staff here were apathetic, texting away even when they were attending to you. Specifically, the lady with glasses and purple greyish shoulder-length hair was borderline rude. She showed me a list of service centres in traditional Chinese without any explanation. I asked her which one was the nearest to where we were and she pointed at the one in Nangang. My friend asked for her help to call to check if the engineer (or anyone who could get the job done) would be around. She gave us a condescending look on why we couldn't make the call on our own and insisted that the service centre would be open til 10 PM (it was around 8:30 PM). We had to explain to her that we didn't have local number, we're from SG. She keyed in the number and passed us the phone instead of helping us to coordinate with the service centre. The call didn't go through. Eventually, we took a cab and the cab driver brought us to a nearer service centre. Spent close to 45 minutes waiting only to be told that the engineer would come in on Monday. The staff here was courteous and apologetic that we came down for nothing, thanks to his colleague in the Apple Store. Overall - almost nonexistent English and rude service staff. I don't understand why there's a Service counter in the shop when the staff aren't even able to do basic stuff such as liaising properly.

Bad service, staff not approachable. Pretend like they don't see you at all.
